I wrote this arrangement for the sadly postponed secondary choir of Fairfield 2024.

It’s a lovely, uplifting song, with lyrics about standing up for yourself, finding strength within and trusting your judgement. I have always loved singing it, as a soloist, and wondered if it would make a good choral piece.

This SAB arrangement is a bit less riffy, as to make it singable by a group! It requires some strong sopranos and tight rhythm work – it is an intermediate/advanced arrangement. It works with some ad libs from soloists around the main melody, which is shared between the altos and sopranos at different times.
